"BEWARE - Cannot use Airline Credit Card for perks"
I booked a flight with Working Advantage using a United Airline credit card. The airline said the tickets were not purchased with the credit card, since they are paid directly by Working Advantage. They said I should contact Working Advantage to correct the purchase, as they do this all the time with travel agents. Of course Working Advantage would not do it, the offered the following:
"We wish to inform you that we have had a conversation with United Airline as this is a third party reservation, so they have declined the request. Therefore, if you want to add the bags, then you can add directly on the United Airlines site by typing the confirmation code."

"Don't use for travel- horrible customer service"
Working DisAdvantage will send you an email that begins with Booking Confirmation for your flight - only to cancel your confirmed flight booking a few hours later because they didn't process it fast enough and the price changed. Then you will get the wonderful experience of getting no help from their quite rude and argumentative 'customer service' agents who will not help in any way.

"Save your time and energy and go with another company!"
I booked a flight and hotel stay using working advantage. I am realizing how much of a mistake that was. I booked my trip yesterday. As most folks, you expect a confirmation email, it's been over 24 hours and nothing. I contact the airline and they have our flight which is great, however a hotel was another issue. I called the hotel yesterday and they responded that they had in fact received our reservation. However this morning the money returned to my account. I called working advantage and they claim they see no reservations under my name. I called the hotel and the same issue. So now I have flights to New Orleans and not hotel to stay. I asked the rep at Working Advantage to put me through to a supervisor he said he could only take my name and phone number and hope for him to call me back. What was an exciting vacation is now becoming a nightmare before we get there. I am an executive for my employer. I will be ending our relationship with them and finding a better discount site for our employees.

"Just Bad..."
I have tried to use the app twice... once for a rental and upon get to the rental place to only be told they canceled my reservation due to something on their end to have to wait a whole week for my money to be refunded... second Time booked a flight and waited and waited for conformation about the flight waited a whole hour before I decided to make moves on my own due to be limited on time only to receive email that flight finally was processed after I had already made other plans called to cancel and try to get my money back and again was told I would have to wait on my money... they have no problem taking your money but an issue returning it not realizing the bind or issues they create doing that if you're not going to make sure I would get my rental.why take my money if you can't confirm flights when trying to process them then why take the money hours later... seriously need to work on emailing conformation when the booking is being made and not hours later or canceling on someone's booking

"I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU"
I'm not one to write reviews but I feel obligated to warn others about how horrible our experience was. DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHTS WITH WORKING ADVANTAGE EVER. My company uses them as a discount site for employees so I thought I'd give them a try. Now I am out $415. We booked flights through them and unfortunately tested positive for covid 2 days before our flight. When we called them to figure out what to do about our flights, we were told it was the airline's policy to charge us $200 for the canceled flights. When we purchased our flights, we also purchased a "purchase guarantee" which apparently is good for nothing. When I asked them to explain what the purchase guarantee covers they continued to just say it only protects them from raising the price of our tickets! Once you buy tickets through an airline, they would never change your prices after purchase!?

We explained our situation over and over again and we were told to contact the airline directly. Once we called the airline, we were told by the customer service rep that working advantage is being shady and that the airline policy is that if you cancel due to covid, that they would give us a full refund. The airline couldn't even find our reservation anymore because working advantage canceled the flights even though we told them not to do anything until we talked to the airline. We called Working Advantage back and they proceeded to apologize and say that they in fact do have a covid policy. They said we needed to send them pictures of our covid tests but would not accept at home testing results so we had to go to urgent care to get a report from a physician. We have sent them our covid reports from urgent care and were told that they will fill out paperwork and send it to the airline for review. I called today to follow up and was told that the airline denied our request for a refund and that they will fill out more paperwork and get back to us. They said "if we even get a refund it wouldn't be for 2-3 billing cycles anyway. They told me to book a new flight and when I get the refund I'll be all set. YEAH. NO THANK YOU! When I hung up from Working Advantage, I called the airline directly and they stated they have not received any paperwork for a refund request. I called Working Advantage back and requested to speak with a manager. I was told I would get a phone call back that evening. No one called. WORKING ADVANTAGE REPS ARE LIARS.

We've spent hours on the phone with them trying to get our money back and they ignore our emails and give us the run around on the phone. This company shouldn't be allowed to be in business. They don't do anything to help you and if you book through them, the airlines can't do anything to help you. My lesson has been learned and I will always book directly through the airlines going forward. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I'll remove my review once they give me my refund.

"EXPENSIVE! Just compare to Expedia"
Every time I compare prices between sites, hands down Working Advantage is more expensive. Everything from rental cars to package deals, quite sad.

"Worst company ever"
Even when you think you are getting a good deal, you don't! Stop and go somewhere else. I have lost 1 thousand dollars because of them and they require me to pay 1.2 k to get my 1k.Doesn't it makes sense to you? No! Same here! I wish I have never booked anything from them.

"Total rip off"
This company is a total rip off. I bought mammoth tickets. Didn't get informed of blackout dates clearly until after I made the purchase. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't refund me. I essentially lost $500. My company invested in this as a perk for employees but basically because of all the fine print it just ends of a complete and utter rip off. I will be actively trying to get my company to drop it.

"Excellent"
I used this website and found it to be amazing. Not only did the prices come out to be cheaper on this site that other website but the customer service was superb! I would definitely be using this program again since it save me a a lot.

"Scam artists. If they book you wrong. No refund"
Rip off artists. They booked me wrong and wouldn't refund. I caught it an hour later. They say if you change I by midnight, you can get a refund. I had the worse vacation because of them. Then they just run in circles say sorry and they will not tell you the third party's name. Just book thru a hotel and get on their rewards program. You get a better deal that way then thru these clowns. Worst company I've dealt with in my whole life. Customer service is in India and Philippines. Straight garbage company. Stay away or you will get ripped off a

"CROOKS"
I am warning all of you who are planning to use this site in booking a hotel… DO NOT! In the event that there something unfortunate happens to your hotel stay, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK! Our Hotel room in San Diego flooded on the first night of our stay, it was unfortunate but the hotel made sure we were taken cared of and that same night, the refund was done through Expedia! So in short, working advantage partnered with Expedia on these hotel bookings! Which I found out that it would've been cheaper to book it directly through Expedia than working advantage! After numerous attempts contacting Customer Support of Working Advantage, all I got was the same automated responses! HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT. You will not get your money back and they are more expensive in reality!

"FFRAUD DONT BOOK WITH THEM"
Please don't book with them. They have taken my money full amount to pay for a hotel and it's been day five and I still have not received a confirmation from the hotel and the hotel is telling me they are sold out where is my money and no one can answer my question!

"They are theives"
I used there website as I started working and it was thru the company so I used it not realizing it was a scam. For a hotel I. Was charged 641 dollars and some change well when I walk into the hotel I see that I could of gotten it for 470 and that's with tax. I called to get a refund and was told nope and then the reps berated me and were very belligerent as if I screwed them. I was homeless with my son trying to find a cheap place to lay our heads with my first check amd got screwed they won't refund my money they didn't save me money and now somehow I am in the wrong according to working advantage. I now have a lawyer and will be suing them as I wasn't told of their charges nor was I aware that I would be scammed out of all my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

"0 stars. Poor customer service in rectifying issues"
I reached out to them because I had cockroaches in the room I booked thru them. The third party wouldn't refund me for my stay. I asked working advantage to refund me or give me a voucher due to the bug infestation it was unsanitary. They refused. I complained to the BBB

"Worst customer service ever"
Booked a hotel for California from New Hampshire for vacation. Get to CA and the hotel is closed down and is now a homeless shelter. Called customer service and they refused to give a refund or even offer to help find us a replacement hotel. I hade to dispute the charge with my credit card just to get refunded. They are the worst. Avoid like the plague.
