"Order never showed up"
I placed an order, but the vendor never actually shipped it. When I reached out to support, they kinda just kept pointing the finger at someone else instead of helping me get it resolved. Frustrating experience overall.

"Bad timing made an already messy ticket experience worse"
I bought event tickets through Working Advantage, the whole thing turned into a hassle. The confirmation showed up late, and of course the ticket link wouldn’t work right when I actually needed it. Maybe it was just terrible timing, but being stuck at the gate trying to figure it out was super stressful. Customer service didn’t help much either, they kept sending the same basic response without really solving anything. In the end, the small discount definitely wasn’t worth the headache.

"I tried logging in like I…"
I tried logging in like I normally do, but it kept telling me my login was wrong. I figured maybe I forgot my password, so I hit the reset option and waited for the email to come through. Nothing showed up. I checked my inbox, spam folder, refreshed a few times, and still nothing. So basically I ended up stuck outside my account with no way to fix it, which was frustrating.

"Pretty easy to use"
I’ve used Working Advantage a few times now for tickets and discounts, and everything has gone through just fine. Some of the deals aren’t really that amazing, but overall it still feels legit to me.

"Got the tickets, just took a minute"
I did end up getting my tickets, so all good in the end, but the confirmation took longer than I was expecting and for a little while I was sitting there like, wait, did that actually go through or not? The site itself worked fine and I didn’t really have any major issues using it, it just left me a bit unsure during the booking process. Once the confirmation came through I was relieved, but yeah, that waiting part could’ve been smoother

"Refund took a bit, but it got handled"
I had a problem with some tickets I bought through Working Advantage and needed a refund. It took a couple emails and wasn’t the fastest thing in the world, which was kind of a pain in the butt. The updates could’ve been way clearer instead of leaving me wondering what the heck was going on. But to be fair, they did eventually sort it out and the money came back, so it wasn’t a total dumpster fire.

"Decent deals, but the pricing caught me off guard"
The deals are okay overall, but I felt a little embarrassed a couple times when I got to checkout and realized the total was higher than I expected. I probably should’ve looked more closely, but I wish the full price and fees showed up earlier so it was clearer from the start. Not a terrible experience, just a bit awkward and could definitely be more transparent...

"Employee verification is a complete headache"
I’ve tried verifying my employee status way too many times, and it just never goes through. I used my work email, uploaded the documents they asked for, and still got nowhere. Maybe the discounts are decent if you can actually get in, but the whole process has been more frustrating than anything. Support is painfully slow too, and when they finally respond, it’s just the same generic message that doesn’t help. For a discount site, this feels like way too much hassle

I did get my refund in the end, so I’m not too upset, but it definitely took a bit longer than I expected. The process was okay overall, just a little frustrating having to wait. Not the worst experience, but it could’ve been smoother.

"Good deal, checkout could be better"
I did end up getting cheaper tickets, which was great, but the checkout process was a little confusing, well, not terrible, just more confusing than I expected. It took longer than I thought it would, but I was still happy with the price in the end

I bought the e-tickets and they showed up in my email quickly. I used them at the gate with no problem at all, so everything seemed to work just like it should.

"Good idea, frustrating experience"
I ordered through workingadvantage and got the confirmation email right away, so at first I thought everything was fine. the site seemed convenient and I wanted to like it. But after that, it was basically radio silence. No clear updates, no simple way to sort things out, and when I contacted support, they weren’t much help. It felt like I paid and then had to do all the chasing just to get basic information. Maybe it works great for some people, but I personally wouldn’t use it again.

"Wish I’d Checked Working Advantage Sooner"
I used Working Advantage for a weekend hotel booking and kind of regret not checking it before booking trips in the past. I saved a decent amount compared to the hotel’s direct price, which was a nice surprise. The site was mostly easy to use, though I did have to click around a little to get the dates I wanted. My confirmation came through quickly, and check-in went smoothly with no issues. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but for the savings, I’d definitely use it again for travel deals

"Mostly Just Discount Theater"
I’ve checked Working Advantage a few times, the deals are underwhelming. Most of the stuff I actually wanted was nowhere to be found, and the discounts that were there felt like “Big Savings” cosplay, barely better than what you’d see during a normal sale. A lot of it came off like filler offers wearing a fancy little bargain badge. Not really worth the effort of logging in.

"I wonder if my company knows who they are dealing with?"

They are a "Fourth Party" company, that mirrors Expedia, then tacks on additional charges. They use deceptive practices like purposely leaving out terms like "non-refundable" until AFTER you have made your purchase. They do so by listing the "no refunds after..." date as the day prior to your purchase, which you may just excuse as a typo, because it doesn't make sense. BUT, once you have made your purchase, it says "This a a non-refundable purchase." Even if you try to cancel IMMEDIATELY after the purchase, they will give you the runaround.  Never dealing with them again...it's definitely a scam!
